As the Head of Strategic Finance, you will be a senior leader shaping TRM’s trajectory during a period of rapid growth. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will build and lead a high-performing Strategic Finance team responsible for enabling TRM’s continued success through rigorous planning, analysis, and decision-making support. You will drive our company-wide financial planning processes, partnering with executives to align resource allocation with strategic priorities. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence decisions across the entire business, from Product to Sales to G&A, and to engage closely with our Board and investors.

The impact you will have:

• Own and lead TRM’s long-range (multi-year), annual, and quarterly planning cycles in close collaboration with executive leadership

   

• Build and scale a high-performing Strategic Finance team that acts as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders

   

• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support corporate strategy, scenario planning, and key investments

   

• Establish and continuously improve processes and systems for forecasting, performance reporting, and budget management

   

• Define, track, and analyze key business metrics; deliver insights that influence strategic decisions and improve financial outcomes

   

• Play a critical role in M&A, capital markets, and investor relations

What we’re looking for:

• 8–10+ years of experience across investment banking, private equity, consulting, venture capital, or strategic finance at a high-growth tech company

   

• At least 2+ years in leadership roles, with a proven ability to hire, manage, and develop high-performing teams

   

• Passion for building and leading a world-class finance function at a high-growth technology business

   

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration preferred; MBA a plus

   

• Expert-level financial modeling skills and a strong grasp of GAAP financial statements

   

• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills

   

• Demonstrated success influencing executive teams and investors through data-driven insights

   

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments; startup experience strongly preferred
