3+ years of experience in consulting or strategic project management within executive-level settings, with a strong track record in client relationship management and project execution.
Proven experience leading software implementations, onboarding processes, and technology adoption initiatives with cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field from a leading institution.

Demonstrated ability to build processes and operational structure from the ground up in startup or high-growth, fast-changing environments.
Background in life sciences, Medical Information, regulatory compliance, or digital transformation projects with pharma or healthcare companies is a strong plus.
