Description

About the Role

This is a client-facing Strategic Projects Manager role at a fast-growing, VC-backed AI startup operating in the life sciences / Medical Affairs space. You'll sit at the intersection of business and technology, driving high-impact projects with global pharmaceutical clients while helping build the operational foundations that scale the business.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary post-contract point of contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing engagement.

  • Manage key customer relationships and project delivery in close collaboration with the CEO and senior leadership.

  • Lead software implementation and technology adoption initiatives, coordinating across cross-functional stakeholders on both the client and internal side.

  • Translate customer business challenges into technical solutions, aligning workflows and systems with business and compliance requirements.

  • Develop business cases, proposals, and strategic recommendations tailored to client initiatives.

  • Build standardized processes, templates, and scalable operational frameworks from scratch as the company grows.

  • Partner with the technology team to automate and scale customer-facing processes in an AI-driven environment.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting or strategic project management within executive-level settings, with a strong track record in client relationship management and project execution.

  • Proven experience leading software implementations, onboarding processes, and technology adoption initiatives with cross-functional stakeholder coordination.

  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field from a leading institution.

  • Local work authorization in Germany required; visa sponsorship is not available.

  • Experience assessing customer environments and workflows to align solutions with business and technical requirements.

  • Demonstrated ability to build processes and operational structure from the ground up in startup or high-growth, fast-changing environments.

  • Background in life sciences, Medical Information, regulatory compliance, or digital transformation projects with pharma or healthcare companies is a strong plus.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity, urgency, and sustained intensity — a true builder mentality.

Location

On-site in Berlin, Germany. Visa sponsorship is not available; local work authorization is required.
