Commercial Growth Manager

About the Role

This is a hands-on commercial role at a fast-growing, VC-backed AI startup operating in the life sciences and Medical Affairs space. Working directly with the Director of Growth, you'll play a central part in driving enterprise pipeline execution and scaling commercial efforts at a company where your work has immediate, measurable impact.

What You'll Do

• Research and evaluate potential enterprise clients, assessing strategic fit and prioritising outreach opportunities.

• Support end-to-end pipeline execution, including follow-ups, outreach campaigns, and meeting coordination.

• Develop tailored sales collateral — presentations, proposals, and email campaigns — aimed at senior stakeholders.

• Build deep knowledge of the company's AI-driven solutions to clearly articulate value propositions to prospects.

• Collaborate with the Director of Growth and cross-functional teams to build scalable commercial workflows, playbooks, and processes.

• Participate in discovery calls and executive-level customer engagements as the client base grows.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in commercial, business development, or growth-focused roles.

• Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and prioritise enterprise prospects with clear evaluation criteria.

• Proven experience managing B2B sales pipelines and executing outreach campaigns.

• Background in B2B SaaS, consulting, or a high-growth startup environment.

• Ability to translate client pain points into compelling solution messaging.

• Experience creating polished sales collateral for senior or executive audiences.

• Comfortable building from scratch — contributing to process documentation and playbook development.

• Exposure to enterprise pharma or life sciences clients is a strong plus.
