Description

About the Role

This is a high-trust, early-stage role at a frontier AI infrastructure company building the platform for RL environment creation and post-training data generation. As Growth Lead, you'll be the connective tissue between the company's vision and the broader AI ecosystem — owning recruiting, culture, community, and evangelism from the ground up. It's a rare opportunity to shape a company's identity and team at a genuinely pivotal moment in AI development.

What You'll Do

  • Tell the company's story compellingly to candidates, researchers, and key players across the AI ecosystem.

  • Source, engage, and build relationships with AI engineers, RL researchers, and other high-priority individuals.

  • Define company culture and values, then translate them into candidate screening criteria and new hire onboarding processes.

  • Own end-to-end recruiting operations, including building and optimizing systems, tooling, and automated workflows in partnership with the Chief of Staff.

  • Host and represent the company at community and industry events, collaborating with the marketing function on content and activations.

  • Partner with GTM engineers to map and pursue connection pathways into high-priority leads and ecosystem partners.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–8 years of experience in recruiting, community building, GTM, or a closely related function at an early-stage startup.

  • Proven ability to run end-to-end recruiting processes and build recruiting operations, tooling, and automated workflows.

  • Demonstrated success finding, connecting with, and engaging technical talent or key individuals in AI, ML, or adjacent communities.

  • Strong existing network within RL research, RL engineering, or the broader startup ecosystem.

  • Excellent communication skills — well-spoken, extraverted, and skilled at reading people in high-context situations.

  • Ability to understand and clearly explain complex technical products related to frontier AI, agents, and training data.

  • Experience defining company values and developing onboarding programs for new hires.

  • Experience hosting or organizing community and industry events and creating marketing or community content.

  • A standout writing portfolio that demonstrates clear, engaging technical or brand storytelling.

  • Genuine enthusiasm for frontier AI models and the conviction to advocate for a technical vision.

  • Comfort operating independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with evolving scope.
