About the Role
This is a high-ownership internship embedded within a small, fast-moving operations team at an early-stage AI startup building purpose-built agents for the freight forwarding industry. You'll work directly alongside the founding team, taking real responsibility across operations, recruiting, and go-to-market — not shadowing, but driving.
What You'll Do
Build and manage internal systems, including the company website and operational tooling.
Lead recruiting efforts and support the onboarding of new team members.
Support go-to-market initiatives to help bring AI agent products to customers.
Identify and secure grant and non-dilutive funding opportunities.
Switch fluidly between big-picture strategy and detailed execution across whatever the company needs most.
What We're Looking For
Some experience in generalist or cross-functional roles, ideally within early-stage or high-agency environments where you had real ownership.
A technical background or strong intuition for AI and software systems.
Demonstrated ability to build or manage internal systems, websites, or operational tooling.
Exposure to recruiting processes, candidate sourcing, or talent acquisition workflows.
Experience supporting go-to-market, customer acquisition, or sales enablement initiatives.
Curiosity about how startups are built and a genuine interest in AI.
Full fluency in both German and English (written and verbal) — required.
Bias toward action, strong work ethic, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
Local work authorisation in Germany is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
Compensation & Benefits
€2,400/month. No visa sponsorship available.
Location
On-site in Berlin, Germany. Internship beginning Q4 2026.
