What You'll Do

• Contribute to building and improving a core AI-driven matching and talent platform.

• Collaborate closely with co-founders and a small, high-calibre team on product and technical priorities.

• Help shape the systems that power direct introductions between candidates and startup hiring teams.

• Iterate quickly on features that improve match quality and the overall user experience.

What We're Looking For

• Background in technology, operations, or a related field with experience from high-performing organisations (consulting, large tech, or fast-growth startups).

• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in an ambiguous, early-stage environment.

• Ability to move fast, take ownership, and contribute across multiple areas of the business.

• Interest in AI, recruitment technology, or the startup ecosystem is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 USD annually.
