Description

About the Role

This is a founding-team-level generalist role at a bootstrapped consumer healthtech company entering a large, underserved market in Germany. You'll work directly alongside the founder — owning whatever matters most that week, from commercial and operational problems through to product — and your impact will be visible from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Partner directly with the founder on the highest-priority problems determining whether the company wins.

  • Own workstreams end to end, from first principles through to something shipped and measurable.

  • Move fluidly between commercial, operational, and product work as priorities shift — sometimes within the same week.

  • Build structure and process where none exists, then adapt it as the company grows.

  • Apply AI and automation as a default working method, not an occasional side project.

  • Make fast decisions with incomplete information and correct course quickly when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Something genuinely extraordinary in your track record — evidence you operate at a different level, regardless of title or tenure.

  • Experience building or shipping products and solutions from concept to delivery in resource-constrained or startup environments.

  • A demonstrated ability to execute at high velocity and deliver results on compressed timelines.

  • Experience working directly with founders or senior executives in a strategic, operational, or advisory capacity.

  • Strong ability to synthesise complex information, identify core problems, and communicate clear recommendations.

  • Hands-on experience with AI automation tools, workflows, or deployment.

  • Fluent German (spoken and written) — this is a firm requirement.

  • Comfort in unstructured, very early-stage environments where the roadmap changes and no one hands you a brief.

  • Nice to have: Background in management consulting (top-tier firm); prior experience in healthcare or health business models.

  • Local work authorisation required — visa sponsorship is not available.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary of €70,000–€100,000 annually, open at the upper end depending on seniority. A meaningful equity component forms a real part of the total package.

Location

On-site in Berlin, Germany, five days per week. Relocation to Berlin is welcome.
