Head of Growth

About the Role

This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of Marketing and Product, owning the full growth funnel for a fast-scaling AI SaaS startup. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll hold real P&L accountability and shape the growth story of one of Europe's most ambitious early-stage companies.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end marketing and product-marketing initiatives spanning brand, demand generation, website, onboarding flow, and funnel optimization.

• Manage full P&L accountability for a 7-figure monthly marketing budget.

• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing global team of marketing leaders and specialists through active hiring and coaching.

• Define the overall growth strategy and key performance indicators, reporting directly to the CEO.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading and scaling a team of marketing professionals in a global capacity.

• Demonstrated success in a global Marketing or Growth leadership role, ideally within an AI or AI-adjacent company.

• Strong in-house background at a high-growth B2B or Product-Led Growth (PLG) SaaS company.

• Comfort owning and optimizing a 7-figure budget with clear revenue accountability.

• Ability to operate strategically and executionally, balancing long-term vision with hands-on leadership.

• Willingness and ability to work on-site in one of the company's European office locations.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: €120,000 – €250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Location

On-site in Vienna, Austria (additional office locations available in other European cities). This is not a remote role.
