Content Marketing Manager (US Market)

About the Role

This is a full ownership role for a data-driven content marketer ready to define how US businesses discover and trust an AI-powered communication platform built for SMEs. You'll shape voice and messaging across every stage of the customer journey — from paid ads to organic social — working end-to-end alongside a fast-moving, ambitious team.

What You'll Do

• Own content marketing strategy for the US market end-to-end.

• Define and maintain brand voice across the full customer journey, including performance ads, landing pages, organic content, and product messaging.

• Write and optimize website and landing page copy specifically tuned for a US audience.

• Produce high-performing copy for paid channels including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.

• Script ad creatives for video platforms (e.g., YouTube) and paid social.

• Create and execute organic content strategies across relevant social platforms.

• Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic content.

• Run A/B tests and leverage performance insights and user research to continuously improve messaging.

• Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting, or Growth Marketing.

• Proven background in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing software environment.

• Native or C2-level English proficiency with a strong command of US audience tone and nuance.

• Solid grasp of performance marketing principles and conversion-focused copywriting.

• Hands-on experience with analytics and A/B testing to drive content improvements.

• Experience scripting video ad creatives and executing paid social campaigns.

• Track record building and executing organic social content strategies.

• Comfort working autonomously with high ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Experience collaborating with influencers, creators, or customers to develop content is a plus.

• Exposure to user research and product positioning or go-to-market work is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: €70,000 – €150,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Location

On-site in Vienna, Austria. This is not a remote role.
