About the Role
As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll partner directly with the founders and hiring managers to attract and hire top-tier talent across engineering, product, and operations teams.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles — from sourcing to close
- Build and manage strong pipelines of high-quality candidates
- Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role needs and scorecards
- Craft great candidate experiences — from first touch to offer
- Iterate quickly on recruiting strategies and sourcing channels
- Build scalable processes, systems, and reporting to support hiring at scale
- Help build our employer brand across LinkedIn, events, and referrals
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in techincal recruiting, ideally in a high-growth startup
- Strong sourcing skills and creative approach to finding top talent
- Ability to own roles end-to-end with minimal oversight
- Great communication, judgment, and candidate closing skills
- Deep interest in AI, technology, and building early-stage teams
- Organized, fast-moving, and excited about making hiring a strategic advantage
