Salary undisclosedDescription
The Digital Marketing Director will join PolyAI's rapidly growing marketing team and own the digital and account-based marketing engine behind our growth strategy. This is a senior, individual contributor role with real ownership over how we spend, target, and show up for our highest-value accounts — serving as the primary liaison to our paid media agencies, the architect of our account-based marketing approach, and the strategic backbone for how nurture, webinar, and content programs come together across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison to our paid media agencies, owning strategy and channel allocation recommendations across paid social, search, display, and programmatic, and bringing data-backed budget recommendations to leadership
- Design and maintain our ABM tiering methodology — from strategic named accounts to broader programmatic targeting — and ensure it's applied consistently across every team using it
- Run high-value account targeting directly across channels including LinkedIn, connected TV (CTV), person-based advertising platforms (e.g., Influ2), and out-of-home (OOH)
- Architect the cadence, structure, and content flow for nurture programs and webinars, building a framework that scales across multiple audiences and campaign teams
- Own the strategy and vendor relationships for content syndication programs that fuel top-of-funnel demand
- Define the target audience and strategy behind in-person, high-touch programs (like executive roundtables), partnering with our events team on delivery
- Report on channel performance — CPL, ROAS, CTR, and account engagement — on a weekly cadence, broken out by segment
Minimum skills and experience:
- 10-15+ years of experience in digital marketing, with significant, senior-level experience managing relationships with paid media agencies
- Demonstrated experience building and running ABM programs at scale
- Experience architecting nurture and lifecycle marketing programs
- Strong analytical and budget management skills, with the ability to present clear recommendations to senior leadership
Preferred skills and experience:
- A collaborative, influence-driven working style, with a track record of aligning cross-functional teams without formal authority over them
- Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to move faster on strategy, reporting, and campaign development
- Experience with AI platforms
We provide a competitive salary range for this role - which is $215,000-$275,000 - depending on level and experience. Please note this range is intended as a guide, not a guarantee. Final compensation will be based on individual qualifications, relevant experience, and the scope of the role.
