About the Role
As a Working Student in Procurement at ARX Robotics, you will support the team that helps turn technical requirements into reliable sourcing and purchasing decisions. You will work across Engineering, Production, Finance, and Supply Chain, keeping daily procurement activities moving while contributing to projects that make our processes more scalable.
From supplier research and spend analysis to purchase order administration and data quality, you will gain practical experience across the procurement function. Your work will support the materials, services, and supplier relationships behind ARX Robotics’ autonomous ground systems.
What You'll Build
- Reliable day-to-day procurement and back-office support across direct and indirect spend.
- Supplier research, market mapping, Requests for Quotation, quotation comparisons, and clear sourcing documentation.
- Accurate supplier, pricing, item, and purchase order data in SAP.
- Well-organized purchase order administration, including delivery tracking, order confirmations, and open items.
- Clear follow-up with suppliers and internal stakeholders on outstanding actions, missing information, and delivery topics.
- Spend analyses and recurring procurement reports that help the team make informed decisions.
- Complete and accessible procurement documentation, filing, and supplier records.
- Improved templates, workflows, data quality, and internal procurement processes.
- A strong foundation for developing your understanding of procurement, sourcing, and supply chain in a technology-driven environment.
What You Bring
- Current enrollment at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in business, supply chain management, industrial engineering, economics, or a related field.
- Genuine interest in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain, including the connection between technical requirements and commercial decisions.
- A structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way of working.
- Confidence working with spreadsheets. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to following up on open topics.
- Curiosity, willingness to ask questions, and the ability to learn quickly.
- A sense of ownership and the motivation to contribute to a collaborative team.
- Fluency in German and English.
