Description

About the Role

At ARX Robotics, you will help keep the materials behind our autonomous ground systems moving. You will manage daily procurement activities for direct materials and components, ensuring that the right items arrive at the right time to support production and project execution.

Working with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners, you will run SAP-based purchasing processes, monitor orders, and resolve issues before they affect delivery. Your structured and responsive approach will contribute directly to reliable supply continuity as ARX Robotics grows.

What You’ll Build

  • A reliable Procure-to-Pay process for direct materials and components, from purchase requisitions and purchase orders through delivery and discrepancy resolution.
  • Clear oversight of purchase orders, including order confirmations, delivery dates, open orders, and changing priorities.
  • Strong coordination between suppliers, internal departments, and logistics partners to support timely delivery.
  • Competitive offers for non-contracted materials through well-structured Requests for Quotation and comparisons of price, quality, and lead time.
  • Practical solutions to order, delivery, quantity, and invoice discrepancies.
  • Accurate SAP data covering prices, lead times, supplier information, and order status.
  • Up-to-date overviews of open orders, critical delivery dates, and potential supply shortages.
  • Smooth day-to-day procurement operations that support production and project teams across ARX Robotics.

What You Bring

  • At least 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience working with ERP software. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
  • Practical experience managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, coordinating with suppliers, and resolving operational discrepancies.
  • A structured, dependable approach and the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-growing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail when maintaining purchasing and supplier data.
  • Clear communication skills and confidence working with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • A hands-on mindset, with the ability to identify issues early, follow them through, and keep others informed.

Please note: You do not need to meet every single requirement to apply. We welcome motivated candidates who are eager to grow into the role and develop their expertise further.
