About the Role

A fast-growing, pre-seed B2C healthtech startup based in Helsinki is hiring its first marketing hire — a hands-on, strategic founding marketer to own growth, GTM, and brand storytelling end-to-end. You'll build the marketing function from scratch, partner directly with leadership, and shape the company's narrative as it scales. This is a rare opportunity to define strategy, drive real revenue impact, and leave a lasting mark on a company transforming how people understand and manage their health through personalized, data-driven services.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute a multi-channel GTM strategy to drive revenue and user growth.

  • Lead brand storytelling and positioning — crafting a compelling, differentiated narrative for the company.

  • Own and optimize paid media across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.

  • Build and manage influencer and partner marketing programs, including negotiation and campaign execution.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, design, and customer success teams.

  • Set marketing budgets, forecast outcomes, and measure ROI with rigorous attribution modeling.

  • Develop high-impact campaigns and accompanying performance dashboards.

  • Hire and mentor marketing talent as the company grows.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2C growth marketing, sales, or an adjacent field.

  • Demonstrated experience building and/or leading a marketing function.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels: Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.

  • Strong brand storytelling and positioning skills.

  • Proven track record executing GTM strategies across multiple channels to drive revenue growth.

  • Experience with influencer and partner marketing, including campaign management and negotiation.

  • Proficiency with advanced marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and CRM/tooling (e.g., GA4, CRM platforms, dashboards).

  • Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and measuring cross-channel ROI.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across product, sales, design, and customer success.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Strong analytical mindset for testing, iterating, and scaling marketing strategies.

  • Experience in healthtech, wellness, or consumer subscription services.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $35,000 – $70,000 USD annually (depending on experience)

  • Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

  • Early-stage equity opportunity (founding team member).

  • Primary location: Helsinki, Finland (on-site)

  • This is an on-site role; remote work is not offered for this position.
