  • Maintain Quality Standards: Create and maintain scalable, internal workflows grounded in objectivity that neutralize assumption, imprecision, and legal ethics concerns, ensuring all custom solutions meet rigorous standards before deployment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Data Analytics Expertise: Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop meaningful metrics, interpret usage data, and convey insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bilingual Communication: Can seamlessly translate between legal terminology and technical concepts, explaining complex AI capabilities to legal professionals and articulating legal requirements to technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Plaintiff-Side Legal Experience: Background working with plaintiff attorneys or law firms, with understanding of personal injury, mass tort, or other plaintiff practice areas.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Track record of working directly with clients to understand requirements, manage expectations, and deliver solutions that drive satisfaction and retention.

  • Product-Minded Approach: Natural curiosity about how products work and how they can be improved, with ability to provide actionable feedback to product teams.
  • Startup Experience: Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where your work directly shapes company direction.
