Senior Investment Banking Associate, AI Residency (Part-time) | Applied AI x Corporate Finance

About this role: You'll work directly on improving how Frontier AI handles corporate finance and gain rare, early exposure to how AI labs actually develop their models.

As part of the project, you will contribute your senior-level deal experience to a structured research project used to help improve AI reasoning across investment banking and capital markets. The work involves generating, refining, and evaluating content that reflects how experienced IB professionals think through complex transactions from origination through execution and close.

What we're looking for:

• 5–10 years of experience in investment banking at a bulge bracket or elite boutique

• Senior Associate level across M&A, industry coverage, ECM/DCM, or leveraged finance

• Proven track record of leading deal execution, managing junior team members, and interfacing directly with clients

• Strong financial modeling skills (incl. LBO, 3-statement, DCF) and deep comfort with complex transaction analysis, fairness opinions, and senior client-facing materials

• Ability to articulate senior investment banking judgment clearly and precisely in writing

Project Info (Requirements):

• Commitment: 20+ hours/week, flexible scheduling

• Location: Fully remote
