About this role: You'll work directly on improving how Frontier AI handles corporate finance and gain rare, early exposure to how AI labs actually develop their models.

As part of the project, you will contribute your corporate finance advisory experience to a structured research project used to help improve AI reasoning across investment banking and capital markets. The work involves generating, refining, and evaluating content that reflects how corporate finance professionals think through transactions, including M&A, fundraising, and strategic advisory mandates.

What we're looking for:

• 3–7 years of experience in corporate finance advisory at a recognized institution (Big 4 Corporate Finance, mid-market advisory, or boutique IB)

• Associate level with live deal execution experience across M&A, fundraising, or capital raising mandates

• Strong financial modeling skills (incl. DCF, LBO, comps) and comfort with CIMs, investor materials, and valuation analyses

• Ability to articulate corporate finance judgment clearly and precisely in writing

Project Info (Requirements):

• Commitment: 20+ hours/week, flexible scheduling

• Location: Fully remote

• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
