Revenue Operations Coordinator

What You’ll Do:

The Revenue Operations Coordinator will be responsible for performing detailed quality assurance reviews of insertion orders, related documentation and supporting the accounts receivable process. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work accurately across Microsoft Excel and Boostr CRM. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and comfortable reviewing both financial transactions and operational processes. The position is based in Pune, India, but the candidate must be able to work in EST (USA) business hours and will report directly to the Revenue Manager based in the USA. 

• Review insertion orders, contracts and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential errors and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Ensure approved insertion orders align with executed agreements and internal requirements.
• Ensure contract details align with Boostr CRM and billing system.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1+ year in a finance or accounting data entry position, working in Excel.
• Experience reviewing client contracts, insertion orders, or other transactional documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
• Experience with Boostr CRM systems a plus.
• Experience with accounts receivable and invoice processing a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience working with large datasets.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external customers in English.
