Who We Are:

We're on a mission to free humanity from work. This may seem crazy, but humanity was already (mostly) freed from hard, menial work — we’re just finishing the job and using AI agents to get us rid of knowledge work. Our job is to build "AI employees" which can collaborate with humans and other AI employees alike, over all channels (email, Slack, Zoom, etc), pursue ambiguous goals in changing contexts, and continuously learn from their experience.

What you Will Do:

As an Account Executive, you will help prospective customers realize value from the product — and by doing so, turn them into actual customers. This is the order of priority: first create the value, then capture some of it. You’ll own the entire sales cycle end to end, from first meeting with leads (mostly inbound) to understanding their business and problems, taking a consultative approach to help them pursue reach their goals, having follow-on meetings with any necessary stakeholders, closing deals, building out the bespoke Lindies, and onboarding them and their teams onto the platform. You will work closely with the CEO and product teams, carrying the voice of the customer to make sure that the product team is aware and prioritizing that which will move the needle.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales cycle end to end, from first call to close, implementation and onboarding
  • Implement Lindies for customers (you will get help from our CSM team and potentially implementation partners)
  • Become an expert in our product and how to use it to pursue a wide range of use cases
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure we build what customers need
  • Build repeatable sales playbooks

Who you are:
  • A burning desire to win
  • 3+ years of experience hitting or exceeding your quota in early stage B2B SaaS
  • Experience selling to SMB or a technical audience; bonus if you have previous experience working with a no-code product or AI
  • Success in closing five-figure software deals, with an ACV at or greater than 30k.
  • Comfort with ambiguity; resourcefulness, agency and ability to “figure it out”
  • Strong work ethic
  • Stellar collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in person 4 days a week from a San Francisco office

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary and generous equity
  • Health coverage
  • A lot of autonomy within your area of responsibility
  • The fun of working at a no-nonsense startup that just wants to build an amazing product and business
