Job Description – Senior Product Manager (Retail Experimentation Platform, SaaS)
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our Retail Experimentation SaaS Platform. This role requires a blend of product strategy, data-driven decision making, and retail domain understanding to build tools that empower enterprises to run, analyze, and scale experiments across digital and physical channels.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver capabilities that transform how retailers test, learn, and grow.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Define the product vision and roadmap for experimentation capabilities (e.g., hypothesis generation, precision targeting, store & customer-level testing, ROI measurement).
Stay ahead of retail, e-commerce, and SaaS trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
Customer & Market Focus
Partner with retailers, merchandisers, and data science teams to understand pain points in experimentation.
Translate customer needs into clear product requirements with a focus on usability, trust, and scalability.
Platform & Execution
Own the end-to-end lifecycle: ideation, prioritization, development, launch, and iteration.
Define product requirements for experimentation workflows (setup, targeting, cohort analysis, reporting).
Collaborate with engineering to ensure high-performance, secure, and scalable SaaS delivery.
Data & Insights
Establish key metrics (e.g., experiment adoption, velocity, lift measurement accuracy, ROI impact).
Leverage analytics and customer feedback to continuously improve product capabilities.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with data science to integrate advanced analytics (e.g., causal inference, machine learning-driven insights).
Partner with customer success, marketing, and sales to deliver compelling go-to-market stories and drive adoption.
Evangelize the platform vision internally and externally with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus).
10-15 years of experience in Product Management within SaaS, data/analytics platforms, or retail tech.
Strong understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, retail data, and omnichannel customer behavior.
Proven track record of building and launching B2B SaaS products.
Analytical mindset; ability to work with data science teams and translate complex analytics into product features.
Strong execution and organizational skills; experience with Agile/Scrum practices.
Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
