We are currently seeking a Senior Field Applications Engineer to join our SA Team. What you'll be doing:
- Lead the product through its entire lifecycle, from the design-in phase to end-of-life, ensuring flawless execution until system Goes-live..
- Offer in-depth technical assistance to OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and design houses, ensuring ease of qualification and assisting in issues.
- Work closely with customers on joint development initiatives, providing technical expertise to create tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Perform detailed technical analysis, including circuit/board troubleshooting and FAR issue resolution, to ensure products meet customer criteria
- Actively work towards achieving the Design Wins with Manufacturers
- Develop technical solutions including hardware & software demos required for system designs.
- Provide onsite support to solve hardware and software problems.
- Be a technical specialist on NVIDIA Datacenter products
- Establish strong communication channels and collaborative relationships with internal teams to ensure a positive end customer experience.
What we need to see:
- BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of work-related experience in the high-tech electronics industry, particularly in system design or FAE support roles.
- Hands-on experience with hardware bring-up, board-level validation, or system qualification. Understanding of L1-L10 server test levels and how each stage maps to OEM qualification milestones
- Knowledge of PCIe and other high-speed communication interfaces. Familiarity with BMC/IPMI, BIOS/UEFI, or system firmware debugging
- Understanding of thermal design fundamentals and how component placement drives system temperatures
- Exposure to AI or data centre infrastructure: understanding how GPUs fit into a rack, how cooling and power are provisioned, and how workloads are deployed, Capable of excelling in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.
- Remarkable talent for effectively managing multiple initiatives and priorities. Strong time-management and organizational skills for coordinating complex projects.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both Business and engineering teams.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- 8+ years of working experience in crafting systems / FAE Role.
- In-depth understanding of CPU, GPU and server Baseboard Designs.
- Experience with ARM and NVIDIA GPU development.
- Track record of driving design wins or qualifications at OEMs or CSPs
- Direct experience working with HGX, DGX, or MGX platform designs
