The Analytics Center of Excellence (ACE) team at Komodo Health partners with life sciences organizations to drive strategic value through data, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. As the Senior Director, Analytics Consulting, you will play a pivotal leadership role — spanning pre-sales, managed services and analytics consulting delivery — to ensure Komodo Health’s products, data, and platforms deliver sustained, measurable value for our customers.

- Lead end-to-end analytics consulting delivery — overseeing successful execution of core offerings and AI-enabled solutions across a portfolio of strategic accounts.
- Serve as a senior pre-sales partner, acting as an advisor and subject matter expert for Sales and Account Management teams during scoping, proposal development, and customer-facing consultative conversations.
- Own the analytics consulting delivery model within ACE, establishing proactive engagement frameworks, SLAs, and KPIs that drive customer product adoption and long-term retention.
- Guide Account Management and Customer Success teams on account strategy, ensuring customers fully leverage Komodo’s analytics and managed services offerings to achieve their desired business outcomes.
- Champion the integration of AI tools and automation into workflows, identifying opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, scalability, and customer impact.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to inform new offerings and features, acting as an internal voice of the customer with deep industry context.
- Build, staff, and develop a high-performing analytics services team, fostering professional growth and a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
What you bring to Komodo Health (required):
- Experience leading professional services functions within the healthcare or life sciences domain, ideally spanning both delivery and pre-sales.
- Hands-on experience in business analytics in biopharma, including working with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Real-World Evidence teams and data (HCP, provider, payer, patient-level).
- Strong consultative instincts – you identify and proactively offer recommendations based on customer insights, and are comfortable presenting to and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer usage, satisfaction, and retention through strategic planning, proactive engagement, and high-quality delivery.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements and automation, including the integration of GenAI tools into analytics or operational workflows.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of coaching and growing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and complex initiatives simultaneously with high quality and grace under pressure.
