At Parallel, we build AI agents to help healthcare facilities automate their administrative processes and unlock additional revenue, starting with medical coding.
Today, up to 25% of healthcare spending is lost in manual, repetitive administrative work. Legacy software hasn’t helped, it’s made things slower, more complex, and more frustrating for care teams.
We believe AI agents can change that. Our technology combines Large Language Models with system-level automation to handle real work inside existing hospital tools. No integrations, no disruption.

Context
We've closed a $20M Series A with Index Ventures and we're deployed in 40+ hospitals across France, with international expansion underway. Our product works, our clients are happy, and the pipeline is growing — but our marketing function doesn't exist yet.
This is our first marketing hire. You'll build the function from scratch and report directly to Paul (our CEO), working closely with Victoire on everything that touches Sales.
Your mission
Build Parallel's marketing from zero: give us real visibility in the healthcare market, and equip our Sales team with the assets they need to close.
Outcomes
In your first 3 months
Parallel has a consistent LinkedIn presence — at least 3 posts a week, founders included
Sales has a complete asset library: an up-to-date deck, a one-pager, objection-handling materials
A newsletter is live and sent regularly to prospects and clients
In your first 6 months
Parallel is present and visible at 2–3 key healthcare industry events (SantExpo or equivalent)
A content pipeline is running: case studies, op-eds, product announcements
Client communication is structured: onboarding emails, release notes, an upsell narrative in place
In your first 12 months
Parallel is a recognized voice in hospital digital transformation — prospects have heard of us before the first Sales call, and inbound starts coming in organically

You write well in French and English, and you can get to the point
You can produce visuals on your own, without waiting on a designer
You're comfortable with email/CRM tools
You know how to prioritize in a fast-moving, still-unstructured environment
You're curious about the healthcare sector
Above all: strong writing, sharp synthesis, and proactivity — these aren't negotiable
You'll be embedded in the Sales team, reporting to Paul. There's no fixed plan to hire someone under you on day one, but managing a freelancer or intern down the line is on the table if it makes sense — to free up your time for higher-impact work, not as a given.
