About the Role
We are a fast-growing PropTech SaaS company based in Germany, building a modern, all-in-one cloud platform that helps property management companies automate and streamline their day-to-day operations — from accounting and CRM to workflow automation and digital document management. We're looking for a driven Account Executive to own the full sales cycle and bring on new customers in the German real estate and property management sector.
What You'll Do
Own the entire sales process end-to-end — from prospecting and lead qualification through to product demos, proposals, negotiation, and contract closure
Identify and engage new B2B customers in the property management and real estate industry across Germany
Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive trust and retention
Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and activity reporting within the CRM
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and a great customer experience
Travel within Germany as needed for client meetings and events
What We're Looking For
Required:
2–5 years of proven B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in PropTech or the real estate sector
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding new business acquisition quotas
Hands-on experience managing the full sales cycle, including demos, proposals, and negotiations
Business-fluent German communication skills — both spoken and written — for engaging with clients in the German market
Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and reporting
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Right to work in Germany (visa sponsorship is not available)
Nice to Have:
Willingness to travel for in-person client meetings across Germany
Experience selling into property management companies or WEG/rental property managers
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: €45,000 – €65,000 per year (gross), depending on experience
Remote-first work arrangement with flexibility across Germany

Location
This is a fully remote role open to candidates based anywhere in Germany. The primary hiring location is Munich, Bavaria, though candidates in Hamburg, Frankfurt, Cologne, or other German cities are equally welcome to apply.
