About the Role
Join a fast-growing, seed-stage enterprise AI platform startup headquartered in Berlin. The company provides a secure, model-agnostic AI platform — including chat, workflows, agents, and integrations — that helps large organisations roll out generative AI at scale. Backed by notable investors and trusted by thousands of organisations across Europe, the team is small (~20 people), highly ambitious, and operating at the frontier of enterprise AI adoption.
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will own a book of enterprise business end-to-end — driving adoption, retention, and expansion while using AI tooling to automate and scale your own workflows. You will work closely with Solutions Engineering and Product, shape what gets built next, and serve as the strategic partner that guides customers through their AI transformation journey. This is a high-ownership, on-site role based in Berlin.
What You'll Do
Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and be fully accountable for retention, adoption, and expansion metrics.
Build structured account plans including stakeholder maps, health assessments, growth opportunity identification, and risk mitigation strategies.
Run strategic customer conversations — QBRs, executive business reviews, and proactive check-ins — grounded in data and measurable outcomes.
Identify and drive expansion opportunities across users, use cases, and deployment scope.
Navigate complex enterprise stakeholder landscapes: find champions, manage blockers, and build multi-threaded relationships from end users to C-suite.
Work cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Sales to translate customer needs into concrete product and process improvements.
Build AI agents and automated workflows to manage your own book of business, systematically eliminating manual effort.
Serve as the internal voice of the customer while staying aligned with the company's product direction and strategic goals.
Operate 100% on-site from the Berlin office and contribute as a high-ownership member of a lean team.
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
5+ years in a customer-facing enterprise role (Account Management, Customer Success, or consultative post-sales).
Proven track record driving adoption, renewals, and expansion in complex organisations.
Hands-on experience building AI agents, automating workflows, and using AI tools to replace manual work.
Technical credibility to discuss model selection, data privacy, and integration architectures with technical stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing multi-stakeholder environments up to executive level.
Strategic, data-driven mindset — comfortable using CRM data, usage signals, and health scores to prioritise and act.
Fluency in German (C1+) and English — both are required.
Ability and willingness to work on-site in Berlin (relocation support available).
Nice-to-haves:
Background at an AI-native company, technical consulting firm, or early-stage startup.
Founder or early-employee experience.
Portfolio or case studies demonstrating hands-on deployment of AI agents or automated workflows in enterprise contexts.
Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $80,000 – $120,000 annually (or equivalent, depending on currency and agreement).
Relocation support provided for candidates moving to Berlin.
High ownership and direct impact in a small, senior team operating at the cutting edge of enterprise AI.
Location
This is a fully on-site role based in Berlin, Germany. Candidates must be available to work from the Berlin office five days a week. Relocation support is available.
