About the Role

We're a fast-growing, Y Combinator-backed AI SaaS startup (Seed stage) building intelligent automation software for distributors and manufacturers. Our platform eliminates lost deals by automating quote and order processing — helping sales teams focus on what they do best: closing business.

We're looking for a driven Account Executive based in Munich to own the full sales cycle from first meeting to close. You'll be an early commercial hire with a real opportunity to shape the sales motion and build toward a high-performing team as we scale toward our next revenue milestone.

What You'll Do

  • New Business: Qualify and close new mid-market and enterprise customers end-to-end.

  • Pipeline Management: Partner closely with our prospecting team to maintain a healthy pipeline and ensure a smooth customer journey.

  • Customer Value: Guide prospects through their evaluation process, build strong relationships, and develop compelling business cases that demonstrate clear ROI to executive stakeholders.

  • Sales Process: Run product demos, lead negotiations, and close deals — while continuously refining our playbook.

  • Sales Strategy: Design and execute strategies to win key accounts and expand into new verticals and markets.

  • Customer Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer — channel insights back to the engineering and product teams to drive innovation.

  • Team Building: As we grow, help recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team and scalable processes.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 1+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in mid-market and/or enterprise segments.

  • Experience owning the full sales cycle: discovery, demos, negotiation, and close.

  • Native-level German and fluent English — both are required for this role.

  • Visa sponsorship is available.

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent) for pipeline management and forecasting.

  • Ability to build and present ROI-driven business cases to C-suite and senior stakeholders.

  • Background or experience in construction, supply chain, HVAC, electrical, or the trades/distribution sectors.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base + variable: $70,000 – $130,000 USD total compensation (depending on experience and structure).

  • Equity participation in a high-growth, venture-backed startup.

  • Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Location

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Munich, Germany. You'll be working alongside a tight-knit, ambitious team in one of Europe's leading tech hubs.
