About the Role
We're an early-stage AI SaaS company reshaping how wholesale distributors run their sales operations. Our platform acts as an intelligence layer on top of existing ERP systems — surfacing opportunities, automating tasks, and helping sales teams move from reactive to proactive. We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to own revenue and relationships with wholesale distributors across the DACH region and beyond.
This is a high-ownership, high-impact role. You'll work directly with SDRs, our Growth Lead, and the founding team to shape our go-to-market motion and accelerate AI adoption in a traditional industry ripe for disruption.
What You'll Do
Own your pipeline end-to-end — from first discovery call to signed contract.
Close new business across all deal sizes, from fast-moving SMBs to larger, more complex accounts.
Lead discovery sessions, product demos, negotiations, and pricing discussions with owners and executives in wholesale distribution.
Act as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding customers' operational workflows, data systems, and decision-making processes.
Translate customer pain into compelling business cases and ROI narratives that clearly demonstrate platform value.
Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes, handle objections, and drive deals to close with structure and urgency.
Build and maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline in close collaboration with SDRs; ensure CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy.
Provide feedback to improve lead quality, messaging, and outbound strategy; partner with Marketing on campaigns.
Represent the voice of the customer internally to inform product roadmap and GTM strategy.
What We're Looking For
Must-haves (dealbreakers):
Native German speaker (non-negotiable) with full professional fluency in English.
3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a closing AE or hybrid Growth role.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and building pipeline through structured outbound and experimentation.
Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers with non-transactional, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Strongly preferred:
Experience selling into wholesale distribution or adjacent B2B industries (manufacturing, logistics, supply chain).
Strong business acumen — able to present ROI clearly to C-level leaders and business owners.
Familiarity with CRM systems, outreach tooling, and AI-assisted workflows for research, prep, and follow-ups.
Entrepreneurial mindset: you take ownership, thrive in ambiguity, and drive initiatives end-to-end without a playbook.
Collaborative, cross-functional approach — comfortable working closely with founders, Marketing, and Growth.
Location
This role is based on-site in Berlin, Germany. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.
