What you will work on
Build and own the end-to-end recruiting pipeline for all Higgsfield hiring needs — from sourcing to closing.
Hire elite software engineers, ML researchers, AI engineers, and prompt engineers, as well as key roles across product, operations, growth, and business functions.
Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Ashby, or similar platforms to identify and engage top candidates.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach both technical and non-technical passive candidates in competitive markets.
Partner with founders and leadership to understand requirements across functions and design recruiting strategies accordingly.
Craft and deliver compelling narratives that sell Higgsfield’s mission and vision to world-class talent across disciplines.
Create a repeatable, scalable recruiting process as the company grows into a global leader.
Your must haves
Proven experience recruiting AI/ML/SWE/Growth/Product/Ops/Design talent at the highest level (top-tier companies or startups).
Deep understanding of SWE, LLMs, machine learning, and AI talent profiles.
Demonstrated success in building technical teams from scratch.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with senior engineers and researchers.
Excellent written and spoken English fluency.
Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Ashby, or similar recruiting tools.
Nice to haves
Experience recruiting in fast-scaling startups or teams.
A strong network in the Kazakhstan and global talent ecosystem across engineering, design, product, growth, and operations.
Familiarity with compensation benchmarking for top engineering and research talent.
Exposure to employer branding and candidate experience design.
