NVIDIA's DOCA platform is at the center of next-generation data center infrastructure. As the DOCA organization grows, the quality and predictability of how we operate — how we plan, track, coordinate, and improve our engineering processes — becomes a critical competitive advantage.
We are looking for a high-impact Individual Contributor to own DOCA process activities end-to-end. The leader will define clear operating models, remove execution friction across organizational boundaries, and ensure that DOCA software, tools, and workflows are robust, secure, integrated, and intuitive from development through deployment. The ideal candidate is comfortable with translating operational, security, integration, and usability challenges into clear processes, ownership, and measurable improvements.
What you'll be doing:
- Own and continuously improve the DOCA cross-organizational collaborations and coordinations.
- Define and maintain process standards across DOCA R&D, security, production, release, and integration, ensuring teams operate with consistency, clarity, and accountability.
- Identify process bottlenecks, handoff gaps, execution risks, and inefficiencies in how teams work together; own the backlog of process improvements and drive them to resolution.
- Drive alignment between engineering leaders and collaborators on multi-functional priorities, dependencies, challenges, and strategic execution decisions.
- Help the organization scale by making complex multi-team workflows more predictable, transparent, secure, accountable, and efficient.
- Partner directly with engineering managers, TPMs, and cross-functional collaborators to translate organizational goals into clear process builds with measurable outcomes.
- Document, communicate, and socialize process changes across DOCA teams, acting as an internal consultant and change agent, not just an analyst.
What we need to see:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering operations, process improvement, or a related field within software or system software organizations.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, release processes, QA methodologies, and multi-team integration workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to build, implement, and measure process improvements in complex engineering organizations, not just detail what exists today.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: able to decompose ambiguous organizational problems into root causes and drive structured, balanced solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication: ability to turn ambiguous operational problems into clear actions, owners, and priorities.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple collaborators and changing priorities.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure, networking, data center, semiconductor, cybersecurity, or system software organizations.
- Track record of driving process transformation — not just incremental tweaks — that measurably improved predictability, velocity, or quality across multiple teams.
- Background as an Engineering Operations Manager, Technical Program Manager, Security Program Lead, Release/Integration Lead, or multi-functional process owner.
NVIDIA is committed to fostering a diverse work environment and proud to be an equal opportunity employer. As we highly value diversity in our current and future employees, we do not discriminate (including in our hiring and promotion practices) on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status or any other characteristic protected by law.
