Recruiting Operations Specialist

Tenstorrent is building a world-class Talent Acquisition organization that delivers an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring teams. As a Recruiting Operations Specialist, you will help scale our recruiting operations by driving efficient processes, managing recruiting systems, and ensuring seamless coordination across the hiring lifecycle.

This role is hybrid based in Belgrade, Serbia, Warsaw, Poland, or Gdansk, Poland.

Who You Are

• Experienced in recruiting coordination or talent operations within a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communicator who builds effective relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar recruiting platforms, as well as Google Workspace.
• Data-driven and process-oriented, always looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

What We Need

• Manage end-to-end recruiting operations, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring documentation.
• Administer and optimize recruiting systems, workflows, templates, and reporting to support scalable hiring processes.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure hiring activities progress efficiently and meet established service levels.
• Support implementation of recruiting tools, process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational best practices.
• Build and maintain recruiting documentation, hiring plans, and operational reporting to improve visibility and decision-making.
