About the Role

Join a fast-growing, AI-native go-to-market agency in the DACH region — one of the first of its kind. Since launching in 2024, the company has scaled rapidly, now serving over 200 B2B tech companies and generating strong ARR with a team of 30+. This is a high-impact sales role at the core of continued growth.

As an Account Executive, you own the full sales cycle from pipeline to close. Lead generation is handled entirely by an in-house Pre-Sales team, so you can stay focused on what you do best: having meaningful conversations and closing deals.

What You'll Do

  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle — from initial pipeline through to signed contracts

  • Lead consultative sales conversations with B2B decision-makers at C-level

  • Develop tailored proposals and manage contracts

  • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date

  • Collaborate closely with the Pre-Sales team and internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or tech

  • Proven track record of closing deals and managing senior stakeholder relationships

  • Ability to quickly grasp complex go-to-market challenges and develop clear strategies

  • High self-motivation and a strong revenue orientation

  • German at C2 level and strong English communication skills

  • Based in Berlin or willing to relocate and work from the Berlin office

Nice to have:

  • Background in or exposure to performance marketing, lead generation, or GTM services

  • Experience selling to or working alongside marketing and sales teams at B2B tech companies

Location

This is a hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). Candidates must be based in Berlin or willing to work from the Berlin office regularly. Visa sponsorship is not available.
