In this role, you will:
- Define, improve, and integrate the core electrical and mechanical systems that form the backbone of our autonomous robots.
- Source and qualify cutting-edge components and suppliers to ensure our systems meet rigorous performance and reliability standards.
- Collaborate across software, mechanical, and user-facing teams to deliver seamless, human-centered solutions.
- Become a technical expert on our systems, providing hands-on support, troubleshooting, and training to our end-users in the field.
- Champion and validate new technical solutions, continuously pushing the boundaries of what our platforms can achieve.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation that empowers our team and scales our operations.
Your Profile
- A proven track record with 4+ years of experience in diagnosing, integrating, or providing technical support for complex hardware systems.
- Excellent hands-on troubleshooting and analytical skills, with a drive to solve complex technical challenges.
- A degree or technical education in mechatronics, electronics, mechanics, or a similar field.
- Solid knowledge of industrial protocols and network interfaces such as CAN, Ethernet, and TCP/IP.
- Strong communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher), enabling you to collaborate with our international team.
- The flexibility and willingness to travel for business trips within Ukraine to support our users and projects.
- A valid driver’s license and experience with manual transmission vehicles, which is essential for field operations.
- Experience with robotics or skills in electrical/mechanical design tools (like EPLAN or Autodesk Inventor) are a significant plus.
Please note: You do not need to meet every single requirement to apply. We welcome motivated candidates who are eager to grow into the role and develop their expertise further.
