Logistics Associate (m/f/d)

About the Role 

At ARX Robotics, logistics plays a critical role in keeping our operations moving efficiently and reliably. As a Logistics Associate, you will help ensure that materials, components, and shipments are handled with accuracy and care, supporting the teams building next-generation autonomous ground systems. 

You will work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment where organization, reliability, and attention to detail directly contribute to the success of our products and operations. What You’ll Build 

• Support the daily flow of goods across warehouse and logistics operations  
• Prepare, pack, and unpack shipments with accuracy and attention to detail  
• Sort and organize materials, components, and deliveries efficiently  
• Assist with commissioning and inventory handling processes  
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse and storage areas  
• Book incoming and outgoing goods in SAP to ensure accurate inventory tracking  
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly and on schedule  
• Contribute to reliable logistics processes that support production and delivery activities  

What You Bring 

• Fluency in both German and English
• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar hands-on environment  
• A structured and reliable way of working with strong attention to detail  
• Confidence handling physical goods and supporting day-to-day warehouse tasks  
• Basic experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or similar inventory tools  
• A team-oriented mindset and willingness to support across different operational tasks  
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment  
• A proactive attitude and readiness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities  
• Commitment to maintaining clean, organized, and safe workspaces
