About the Role 

At ARX Robotics, the team we build is as critical as the technology we create. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be a key architect of our growth in Ukraine, responsible for driving our hiring efforts for the senior leadership and technical roles that shape our future. This is a high-impact position where you will partner directly with department heads and the CEO of ARX Ukraine to turn ambitious business goals into a world-class team. 

You will own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from strategy to offer, in a lean and dynamic talent acquisition function. This is a hands-on role with significant influence, where your precision, speed, and commitment to quality will directly impact our success. You won’t just be filling roles; you’ll be helping to build the team that is defining the future of autonomous systems. 

What You’ll Build 

  • Strategic recruitment plans that translate business priorities into actionable hiring strategies, developed in close partnership with senior leadership.
  • Robust talent pipelines for our most critical roles through proactive sourcing and deep engagement with exceptional talent across the Ukrainian market.
  • A powerful employer brand narrative within the Mil-Tech community that resonates with top-tier candidates and clearly communicates our mission.
  • An exceptional, end-to-end hiring process for senior, strategic, and hard-to-fill positions, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our culture and values.
  • A data-driven recruitment culture where metrics guide hiring decisions, ensure funnel health, and continuously improve how we attract talent.
  • A strong partnership with our global Talent Acquisition team to share best practices, collaborate on initiatives, and elevate hiring quality across the entire company. 

What You Bring 

  • Proven track record of over 5 years in talent acquisition, with demonstrated success in hiring for senior and niche roles across multiple functions.
  • Deep understanding of the Ukrainian talent market, coupled with a strong background in advanced, proactive sourcing techniques.
  • Data-first mindset, with the ability to use metrics to guide your strategy, influence stakeholders, and make informed decisions.
  • Genuine passion for creating an outstanding candidate experience and a drive for continuous innovation in the recruitment process.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to advise and partner effectively with senior leadership.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, adapting quickly to evolving priorities while driving results.
  • Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and a variety of sourcing tools.
  • Professional fluency in both English and Ukrainian.
