Integrated Campaigns at Tractian

Tractian’s Integrated Campaigns team connects global strategy with regional execution to drive pipeline and engagement across key markets. Working cross-functionally with Growth, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and RevOps, the team brings integrated campaigns to life through coordinated, multi-channel activations. Focused on performance and execution, the team ensures campaigns are launched effectively, stay on track, and are optimized to align with business goals.

What you'll do

As a Campaign Specialist at Tractian, you will execute integrated marketing campaigns across Brazil, translating global strategy into localized, high-impact tactics. You will work across multiple channels and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and perform effectively.

Responsabilities

  • Execute multi-channel campaigns, including email, social, webinars, and ABM programs
  • Build and launch email campaigns using HubSpot
  • Support campaign messaging, ad copy, and content execution
  • Localize global campaigns for Brazil
  • Collaborate with Field, Growth, Product Marketing, and RevOps teams
  • Track and report on campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities
  • Manage timelines and ensure timely campaign delivery
  • Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Fluent in English
  • Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience with email marketing automation and CRMs (Hubspot or similar)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable analyzing campaign performance and metrics
  • Bonus Points

  • B2B SaaS, industrial tech, or enterprise technology background.
  • CMP Certification.
  • Experience building event programs from the ground up in a scaling company.
  • Familiarity with revenue attribution and pipeline influence models.
