About the Role
Build AI-powered product experiences for business users, working closely with a product designer and owning features from concept through production. This role combines product thinking with full-stack engineering, with a focus on making new tools intuitive and useful without explanation.
What You'll Do
Create new AI interaction patterns and user experiences where established conventions may not yet exist.
Co-design features with a product designer or drive them end-to-end, from initial concept to implementation.
Define information architecture, user flows, copy, and error states as part of feature development.
Validate that features address real user problems and are easy to discover and use.
Refine interface details such as spacing, loading states, and microcopy, and follow through on improvements.
Share context and trade-offs, ask clarifying questions, and contribute to the growth of the engineering team.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of professional experience building and shipping full-stack production features end-to-end.
Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript, plus server-side logic, data modeling, database queries, and API contracts.
Experience owning complete feature experiences, including information architecture, user flows, copy, and error states.
A user-focused approach and a track record of building discoverable, usable features that do not require extensive guidance.
Experience collaborating closely with product designers and working in a startup or scale-up environment.
AI or machine learning product experience is relevant, alongside strong fundamentals in full-stack application development.
Compensation & Benefits
