About the Role
Join an early-stage team building AI software for enterprise procurement. You will own customer problems from discovery through production while helping shape the product, technical direction, and engineering practices.
What You'll Do
Build and ship full-stack features based on customer needs, from discovery through production.
Develop AI-enabled workflows and shared foundations for agent context, tool use, and evaluation.
Design reliable LLM workflows with evaluation loops, guardrails, and observability.
Make architectural decisions across performance, security, and developer experience.
Review AI-assisted code and improve product quality through frequent releases and user feedback.
Help establish engineering practices and contribute to hiring as the team grows.
Build real-time data pipelines and integrations with enterprise systems.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of full-stack engineering experience, delivering end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
Production experience with TypeScript and Python, plus hands-on experience building and deploying applications with Next.js.
Production experience with LLMs, retrieval systems, and embeddings, including an understanding of latency, cost, and quality trade-offs.
Strong frontend, backend, database, API design, and full-stack architecture skills; experience with React, PostgreSQL or Supabase, Vercel, and REST or GraphQL is relevant.
Evidence of strong engineering ability, initiative, and ownership, with experience shipping production software at a startup or similarly entrepreneurial team.
Experience with procurement, ERP, enterprise supply chain, or data-intensive B2B products is helpful.
Comfort working hands-on as an individual contributor, communicating clearly, and collaborating with a small team in person.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary and meaningful equity. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in Berlin, Germany, working primarily in person with the team.
