In practice: A Key Role at the Heart of Healthcare & AI Innovation

  • General Processes and Roadmap: Work directly within the Strategy & Operations team and with the Founders (CEO & CMO), to support and execute the development strategy that will ensure the company's long-term impact. Accompany the team in their daily mission to improve the processes of the company, manage the general roadmap, support strategic initiatives and foster operational excellence.

  • Contribute to the financing efforts: Join Raidium at a key strategic point, involving non-dilutive funding (French & European public grants) and equity fundraising (Series A)

  • Structure the RevOps stream: build and maintain the GTM and sales pipelines, manage the CRM, define and build KPI dashboards and revenue forecasts, and document the lead-to-contract process.

  • High Challenge & Responsibility: A unique opportunity for an ambitious student to take on high-level responsibilities and actively contribute to the growth of an early-stage AI-native Healthcare startup
