Description

About the role

As the Content Strategy Lead for Executive Programs, you will own what Anthropic brings to the table when we sit down with senior leaders from our most strategic customers. That covers Executive Briefings, Customer Advisory Boards, Executive Councils, and the other small-room gatherings where a C-level audience meets with our leaders, product teams, and researchers. You will set the content strategy across these programs, build the library of modules and the bench of speakers, and lead the team that keeps our content fresh as our models and products evolve.

This role works cross-functionally with Product & Solutions Marketing, who owns positioning and messaging across industries and products, and customer programs which owns each program's operations, intake, and customer experience. You own the layer in between: turning Anthropic's product, research, and policy story into sessions built for an executive audience, deciding who is best placed to deliver them, and designing interactive formats and demos that work for customers building on the frontier.

The right candidate has a product marketing or narrative background, has built content for C-level customer audiences at an enterprise technology company, and has managed a team.

Key responsibilities

  • Set and execute the content strategy across Executive Briefings, Customer Advisory Boards, Executive Councils, and other gatherings of strategic customers: the themes for the year, the narrative that connects them, and how content differs by program, audience, and purpose.
  • Build and maintain an evergreen library of content modules that program leads and account teams can assemble into an agenda without starting from scratch. Modules span product and roadmap, research, safety and policy, industry and use-case sessions, demos, and discussion guides.
  • Keep the library current. Set a refresh cadence tied to model and product launches, retire what is stale, maintain a pipeline of net-new content modules, and make sure nothing in front of a customer executive is out of date.
  • Identify, recruit, develop and certify speakers from Anthropic's executive, product, research, and go-to-market teams. Maintain the cross-program roster, shape each speaker's session, and prepare them for the room.
  • Design the experience, not only the presentation. Choose the format that fits the audience and the goal, whether that is a working session, a live demo, a conversation with a researcher, or a peer discussion among customers.
  • Partner with program leads on agendas for the highest-priority engagements, tailoring modules to the customer's objectives. Set the standards and templates that let every other engagement meet the same bar.
  • Work with Product & Solutions Marketing, Product, and Research so that executive-level content is ready when a launch happens, not weeks after.
  • Capture what customers say in these rooms, including themes, objections, and requests. Route it to Product, Research, Marketing, and go-to-market leadership, and use it to improve the content.
  • Measure what works, including session feedback, module usage, and speaker performance, and work with program leads to connect content to program outcomes.
  • Hire, manage, and develop the team responsible for executive program content, and set its quality bar.
  • Use Claude to scale the work: build workflows that tailor modules to a customer's industry and priorities so a customized session does not require a rebuild.

Minimum qualifications

  • Built content for C-level customer audiences in executive briefings, advisory boards, executive councils, or similar programs.
  • Built a content system that other people rely on, such as a module library, a session catalog, or a speaker program, and kept it current through frequent product change.
  • The technical fluency to work directly with researchers and engineers, understand what they have built, and explain it accurately to a business executive.
  • Experience coaching senior executives and technical experts as speakers, including giving direct feedback on their material.
  • Judgment about format: you know when a room needs a presentation, a demo, or a facilitated discussion, and you can design each one.
  • Experience managing people, including hiring and developing a team.
  • A high bar for writing. You can draft an executive session narrative yourself and improve one written by someone else.
  • Genuine interest in AI and in helping the world's largest enterprises adopt it responsibly.

Preferred qualifications

  • 12+ years in product marketing, executive content, or executive customer programs at a B2B technology company. You have owned positioning and messaging for a technical product and know how to adapt it for different audiences.
  • Experience at a company where the product changes quickly and content has a short shelf life.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to produce or tailor content.
  • Experience facilitating executive discussions, not only preparing others to lead them.
  • Worked with customers in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or the public sector.
