About the Role
Join the growth team at an early-stage AI recruiting and talent platform. You will build and improve marketing programs across multiple channels, using experiments and measurable outcomes to turn recruiting insights into demand.
What You'll Do
Own growth programs across outbound, paid acquisition, content, SEO, partnerships, and events, with clear measures of success.
Develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, analyze channel metrics, and iterate on campaigns.
Plan and optimize cold email programs, including deliverability practices such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, and sender reputation.
Launch and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
Create and distribute content across blogs, email, social channels, newsletters, testimonials, case studies, and product stories.
Build SEO plans using topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking.
Develop marketing partnerships and organize online and in-person events.
What We're Looking For
Zero to three years of experience, with recent, substantive growth or marketing work at a startup or early-stage company.
Evidence of personally owning marketing programs and driving measurable outcomes, not only supporting execution.
Experience or familiarity across outbound, paid acquisition, content, SEO, partnerships, and events.
Strong content creation skills and the ability to maintain consistent brand voice across formats.
Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborating across functions.
Background in recruitment, HR technology, or AI talent platforms is relevant.
