Description

Your Impact at LILA

The Editorial Content Co-Op joins Lila's Communications team to help tell the story of the company's scientific work across life sciences, materials science, and AI research. Output is published on lila.ai/news and Lila's social channels.

The co-op writes and produces content end to end: drafting articles and social copy, interviewing scientists about their work, scripting and producing short-form video, and building visuals that make complex science legible. They also contribute to content planning and launch strategy, and support occasional team events.

This is a good fit for a candidate who writes clearly about scientific subjects and wants real newsroom-style reps alongside working scientists. The co-op works directly with the editorial team, all former journalists, and reports to the hiring manager. The term runs January through May, based on site in Cambridge at our One Charles Park and Alewife offices.

If you do not check every box below but bring strong curiosity, grit, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
