  • You may come from a technical engineering background or have built your career in IP, RISC-V, AI technologies, compute or hardware sales within the broader AI ecosystem.
  • You are a persuasive communicator and relationship builder with strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing complex deals.
  • Drive commercialization strategies for autonomous vehicle and robotics platforms by developing new business models, establishing strategic industry partnerships, and advancing open hardware ecosystems that enable customization, accelerate innovation, and deliver sustainable cost advantages at scale.

What We Need

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional business strategies that support growth, market expansion, and customer success.
  • Understand customer technical requirements and effectively communicate the value of Tenstorrent’s Compute and AI solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing technical insight, strategic recommendations, and a high level of commercial partnership.
  • Stay current on industry trends in Compute, AI, RISC-V, and adjacent technologies, while driving toward and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.

What You Will Learn

  • How to shape regional go-to-market strategy in one of the fastest-evolving AI markets in the world.
  • Understanding of silicon development with both Open Hardware specification and AI development. Ensuring FuSa and business models evolve by supporting customer requirements in direct engagement methodology.
  • How customer feedback and field insight influence product direction, partnerships, and long-term business strategy.
  • How to build strategic relationships across a broad AMER ecosystem spanning enterprise, infrastructure, and emerging AI players.
