Revenue Operations, Enterprise
SF, Hybrid | GTM, Revenue Operations | Full Time
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of RevOps, this role owns both halves of Eve's enterprise revenue engine: the strategy that determines where we play and how we win, partnering with sales leaders, and the operating system that makes strategy executable, measurable, and repeatable.
On the operations side, you own the RevOps stack, forecasting operating cadences, playbooks, and processes that convert strategy into predictable quarterly execution.
On the strategy side, you set the analytical foundation for enterprise growth: segment and account prioritization, coverage and territory design, and the diagnostic work that explains why the funnel behaves the way it does. This is a senior IC role with no direct reports. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable running a Monday morning pipeline review and building a segmentation model from a blank page.
What You Will Own
- Enterprise Business Partnership. Be the RevOps partner to Enterprise sales leadership. Define and drive strategic initiatives, and develop and iterate on new approaches in ambiguous or undefined areas. Own the operating cadence for the segment, including pipeline generation strategy, coverage and capacity planning, and the systems and reporting that help the team scale.
- Forecasting and Pipeline Inspection. Own the forecast process for Enterprise: the weekly roll-up, commit and best-case categorization standards, deal-level inspection, and the narrative that gets built with our segment leaders. Track forecast accuracy over time, diagnose where and why the number moves, and improve the method. Make sure every leader can trust the number.
- Diagnose and Fix Revenue Process Gaps. Run continuous diagnostics on where the Enterprise motion is breaking: stalled deals, slow handoffs, long-cycle slippage, single-threaded opportunities, hygiene drift, missed activities. Prioritize by revenue impact, scope the fix, build it, ship it. Measure adoption and outcomes.
- Pipeline Operating System Execution. Own the day-to-day operational health of Enterprise pipeline: stage definitions and exit criteria enforcement, hygiene standards, inspection cadence support, and deal review prep.
- Build Process Into Systems. Translate GTM strategy into workflows, automations, fields, properties, and reporting. You don't just document a process. You make it executable in the system so the rep can't do it wrong.
- Analytics and Reporting Layer. Build and maintain the dashboards, scorecards, and operational reports that drive pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and segment performance conversations. Run the analyses that surface what's working and what isn't, from pipeline coverage and stage conversion to win rate and sales cycle trends.
- Sales Process Documentation and Enablement. Own the Enterprise sales playbook as a living document. When a process changes, the playbook changes, the system changes, and reps know. Partner with Enablement to make rollouts stick.
- Cross-Functional Project Execution. Run rollouts of new processes, tools, and GTM motions end-to-end. Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and Deal Desk to ship changes that hold up under real volume and the complexity of Enterprise deals.
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy and Operations, or equivalent at a high-growth B2B SaaS company. Background in management consulting, finance, or a structured analytical function is a plus.
- Business Partner to Sales Leaders. You've worked directly with senior sales leaders, ideally in an Enterprise or complex sales motion with longer cycles and multiple stakeholders. You can challenge a view respectfully, bring data to the conversation, and drive alignment.
- Builds Systems, Not Heroics. You turn tribal knowledge into documented, repeatable processes and enforce the data standards behind them, so the business runs on a single source of truth that Sales, CS, and Finance trust, not on any one person.
- Builds for Scale Across the Full Lifecycle. You anticipate what breaks at 2x or 3x and design territory, quota, capacity, and comp models that flex with growth, while aligning Sales, CS, and Finance on shared definitions and handoffs across new business, expansion, and renewal so revenue is retained and grown, not just landed.
- Rigorous Operating Cadence. You design and run the rhythm of the business (weekly forecast calls, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning) so decisions happen on schedule with the right inputs.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills. Comfortable working through ambiguous business problems with limited precedent. You decompose the problem, form a hypothesis, pressure-test it with data, and land on a recommendation.
- Translates Data Into Decisions. You turn complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready materials. You know the difference between a chart and an argument, and you build the argument.
- Excellent Cross-Functional Communicator. You can hold your own with senior Sales, CS, and Finance stakeholders. You explain the why, surface tradeoffs, and drive alignment.
You Will Thrive in This Role if You Have
- Hypergrowth Experience. You've worked at a company growing 2x+ annually where the operating model is rebuilt every six months. You design for the next stage, not just today.
- End-to-End Builder Mindset. You've owned process or system rollouts from blank page to adopted-and-running, not just one slice of it.
- AI-Native Operating Posture. You use AI tools to accelerate your own work: analysis, drafting, automations, agentic workflows. You have a point of view on where AI changes how RevOps and forecasting get done.
- Bias Toward Action. You'd rather ship a v1 this week and iterate than spend three months perfecting it. You don't wait for permission to fix something obviously broken.
- Enterprise Sales Motion Experience. You understand how large, multi-threaded, longer-cycle deals move, and where they stall. A strong plus.
