At Rinsed, we are building software to run the $15bn Car Wash industry.
We're a B2B SaaS company, providing car washes with all the tools they need to transition to a subscription model. Modern car washes are fully-automated tunnels that can wash over 200 cars/hr, and they are moving from selling single washes to all-you-can-wash subscriptions. We are giving this $15bn underserved market the tools to manage and grow their subscription revenue.
We are currently installed at over 3,000 car washes nationally helping to manage more than 8 million car wash memberships. What we've built so far is just the beginning. Get to be part of the founding DNA of building a great product, a great culture, and a great company!

- Keep compliance tooling (Oneleet) current and close out monitor findings on schedule
- Support security incident response, including device scans, account lockdowns, and evidence collection
- Help answer security questionnaires, cyber insurance applications, and vendor security reviews
- Support basic networking and DNS needs alongside Engineering
AI Enablement and Automation
- Lead hands-on AI enablement across the company: build training, run sessions and lunch and learns, and maintain a library of prompts and use cases by team
- Partner with teams like Customer Success, Sales, and Support to find high-value AI use cases and help them build quick wins
- Build and maintain internal AI-powered tools and agents (for example, support triage and first-reply drafting, internal Q&A, workflow automation) on our internal tooling platform
- Connect AI tools to company systems safely, managing connectors, permissions, and data access
- Help define and enforce AI governance: approved tools, acceptable use, data handling, and vendor review, in line with PCI and SOC 2 requirements
- Track adoption and impact so we know what’s actually saving people time
