About the Role
This role requires in-depth knowledge of electronics, microcontroller firmware, and PCB design. You will be involved in both R&D and service activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical ideas from initial analysis and solution selection through independent implementation, testing, and practical application.
- Integrate existing components (cameras, communication systems, UPS, sensors, controllers, etc.) into complete systems.
- Perform hands-on PCB bring-up, including initial power-up, power supply and interface verification, troubleshooting, and fault resolution.
- Reverse-engineer electronic systems and PCBs, including cases where complete technical documentation is unavailable.
- Perform hands-on electronics work, including schematic analysis, soldering, PCB modifications, and debugging.
- Work with battery systems and BMS (Li-ion / LiFePO4), including configuration, diagnostics, repair, and integration.
Strong preference will be given to candidates with personal or professional hands-on hardware projects.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in electronics development or in-depth hardware analysis (circuit design, PCBs), including practical experience in PCB bring-up and reverse engineering without documentation.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment, including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and laboratory power supplies.
- Hands-on experience in soldering, assembling, and modifying electronic PCBs.
- Experience developing and analyzing microcontroller firmware and working with digital interfaces and communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, Ethernet).
- Experience with CAN bus analysis and CAN diagnostic tools.
- Solid understanding of digital and analog circuit design.
- Ability to read, analyze, and modify electrical schematics.
- Hands-on experience with battery systems and a solid understanding of their architecture, including Li-ion / LiFePO4 batteries, BMS, cell balancing, protection, measurement, and communication interfaces.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues at the signal, power supply, interface, and component levels.
- Ability to prepare clear technical reports and support recommendations with actual measurement data.
- Technical English proficiency sufficient to work with documentation and supplier information.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
Will Be a Plus
- A valid driving licence, manual transmission.
- Experience with Raspberry Pi / Embedded Linux.
- Solid knowledge of at least one microcontroller platform: STM32, ESP32, or Arduino-compatible MCUs.
- Experience with KiCad / Altium Designer.
- Experience working with cameras and video interfaces: USB, Ethernet, etc.
- Knowledge of DC/DC converters and power electronics.
- Experience with robotics, motor controllers, and sensors.
Please note: You do not need to meet every single requirement to apply. We welcome motivated candidates who are eager to grow into the role and develop their expertise further.
