Saronic Technologies is a leader in revolutionizing autonomy at sea, dedicated to developing state-of-the-art solutions that enhance maritime operations through autonomous and intelligent platforms.
Overview
We are seeking a Senior Program Coordinator to support Saronic’s Mission Operations organization in Austin, TX. Mission Operations is the operational execution arm of Saronic, responsible for four lines of work that put the company’s autonomous platforms on the water and keep them mission-ready for defense and commercial customers alike: Operations, Sustainment, Training, and Research & Development. The Senior Program Coordinator partners cross-functionally with engineering, test, and mission stakeholders to remove blockers and align on priorities, owns the systems used to track progress and decisions, and provides the scheduling and administrative backbone that allows Mission Operations to execute reliably for Saronic and its customers, all within a fast-paced, mission-driven technology environment.
Responsibilities
• Lead coordination for complex, multi-workstream Mission Operations programs spanning operations, sustainment, training, and research and development, driving work from planning through delivery

• Coordinate the logistics behind operations, sustainment events, training deliveries, and R&D activities, including internal and external meetings, briefings, and team events
• Support coordination of cross-functional activities and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and summaries for leadership and program reviews
• Manage and prioritize calendars for the Senior Director and team members, aligning schedules with organizational and mission priorities
• Provide administrative support, including document management, expense tracking, and report preparation
• Facilitate communication between leadership, technical teams, and external stakeholders
• Identify potential bottlenecks early and take decisive action to maintain operational momentum
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency across Mission Operations, raising the standard of program rigor for the team
• Assist with onboarding new team members by coordinating logistics and ensuring access to systems and resources
• U.S. and international travel in support of Mission Operations planning and execution
Qualifications
