The brands on your kitchen shelf are run by people doing extraordinary work that nobody sees.
We're building the platform they run on, and a brand they'll be proud to be part of.
Confido is the AI operating system that runs cash application, deductions, trade and planning in one place for CPG brands. That means Finance, Sales, and Ops finally work on the same number.
We’re trusted by 250+ brands managing $30B+ in revenue, including Daisy, OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Idahoan, and more. We've achieved best-in-class growth and recently raised a $55M Series B led by Insight Partners to accelerate our momentum.
If you want your work on shelves everywhere — and outsized ownership while you build — we'd love to meet you.
The Role
We’re looking for multiple levels of Solution Consultants to lead customer implementations from kick-off to go-live as a trusted delivery expert who combines functional and technical expertise to help customers realize the full value of Confido.
You'll work as part of a delivery team alongside Solution Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers, translating complex business challenges into AI deployments that go live and generate real value. Engagements are focused and time-bound — typically 16 weeks or less — and spans multiple customers simultaneously. Your impact isn't just getting to deployment, it ensures customers realize lasting, scalable value from the solutions your team builds.
What You'll Do
Deliver Implementations
Own the full implementation lifecycle — from kickoff through go-live — for new enterprise customers
Manage detailed project plans, timelines, and workstreams across multiple concurrent deployments
Configure and customize the Confido platform to match each customer's workflows, data structures, and operational requirements
Drive customer-side stakeholder alignment, ensuring the right people are engaged at the right moments
Customer Enablement
Deliver training programs, documentation, and onboarding materials that get users up to speed fast
Run live onboarding sessions and workshops tailored to different user personas — from day-to-day operators to executives
Track and optimize time-to-value across your book of implementations, identifying what drives faster, stickier adoption
Process & Infrastructure
Apply and refine the implementation playbook — templates, checklists, escalation paths, and success criteria
Maintain implementation KPIs and reporting to give the business visibility into onboarding health and velocity
Identify patterns across deployments and feed them back into product to improve configurability and reduce implementation complexity over time
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales on pre-sales scoping calls to set realistic timelines and surface implementation requirements early
Hand off customers to CS with full context — ensuring a smooth transition and strong starting point for long-term success
Serve as a key feedback loop into Product, translating implementation friction into actionable roadmap input
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementations, system deployments, or complex client onboarding — backgrounds in B2B SaaS, management consulting, CPG, systems integration, or similar are all welcome
Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities, stakeholders, and timelines
Strong project management skills — you're comfortable owning a plan, running a status call, and escalating when something's off track
Technical curiosity and comfort: you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be able to dig into data, configure software, and troubleshoot without hand-holding
Experience working with CPG, retail, or supply chain customers is a plus — but not a requirement
Builder mindset: you're energized by operating within process while still spotting opportunities to improve it
Excited to be in our NYC headquarters 5 days a week
