What You'll Do
Develop and improve the computer vision, machine learning, and AI systems that power blueprint analysis.
Explore and apply current computer vision and large language model techniques to practical construction problems.
Build initial prototypes quickly, then refine them using user feedback.
Contribute pragmatically to early-stage product work beyond core model development when needed.
What We're Looking For
Hands-on applied computer vision and machine learning experience, including Python and deep learning.
Experience taking an AI system from an early concept through production deployment.
Strong problem-solving skills, a growth mindset, and comfort working through ambiguous, practical challenges.
Clear, empathetic communication and willingness to be candid about results.
Interest in improving housing affordability and construction workflows.
