Content Marketing Manager, German-Speaking Market

About the Role

Own content marketing for the German-speaking market at a fast-growing B2B software company focused on AI-powered business communications. You will shape the brand voice across the customer journey and help businesses understand and trust AI-driven phone solutions.

What You'll Do

• Own content marketing strategy and execution for the German-speaking market.

• Define brand voice across the customer journey and manage website and landing page copy.

• Write conversion-focused copy for paid marketing channels.

• Script ad creatives for YouTube and paid social platforms.

• Develop and execute organic content strategies across social platforms.

• Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic content.

• Use user research, A/B testing, and performance insights to improve messaging.

• Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging.

What We're Looking For

• At least 4 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or growth marketing.

• Experience in B2B SaaS or another fast-growing software environment.

• Native-level German proficiency and outstanding German marketing writing skills, plus fluent English.

• Understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused copywriting.

• Experience with A/B testing, performance analysis, and scripting ads for YouTube and paid social.

• Experience developing organic social content and collaborating with creators, customers, or influencers.

• Ability to contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging.

• Experience with AI products, voice technology, user research, or SEO is beneficial.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: €65,000 to €85,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

On-site in Vienna, Austria.
