ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Ad Technical Solutions team is the primary technical support contact for xAI’s advertisers and the global sales organisation. We deliver high-quality technical expertise to help advertisers succeed with X Ads and Analytics, while providing critical operational support to the X Ads Engineering teams and our Sales teams.

As the xAI Ads business continues to scale rapidly, we are looking for exceptional technical problem-solvers to join our team in Dublin. You will play a key role in unblocking revenue, improving processes, and enabling both our sales teams and advertisers to drive sustainable growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be a critical bridge between advertisers, sales, and engineering. Your work directly contributes to revenue growth and product improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

    • Deliver prompt, clear, and high-quality technical support to advertisers and internal sales stakeholders via our internal systems
    • Troubleshoot complex ad setup, tracking, and performance issues across the full suite of X Ads products
    • Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve issues and drive cross-functional initiatives
    • Identify recurring issues and proactively propose solutions, new tooling, improved processes, and automation opportunities
    • Create clear, helpful documentation, FAQs, and support content to scale the team’s impact
    • Monitor support metrics, campaign performance data, and trends to continuously improve quality, efficiency, and advertiser experience
    • Manage multiple initiatives and projects effectively, delivering measurable results against tight deadlines
    • Relay technical campaign insights and performance data to Sales partners in a clear, business-friendly manner

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in technical support, solutions engineering, ad operations, or a similar client-facing technical role
  • Strong analytical skills with proven proficiency in Excel, SQL, Terminal, and BigQuery (or similar)
  • Experience using online advertising tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Campaign Manager, Adobe Analytics, Tealium) and website pixel and /conversion tracking.
  • Previous experience in the advertising technology (AdTech) or social media ecosystem
  • Experience working directly with Engineering, Sales and Product teams on digital advertising products
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,  you can translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work 5 days per week from our Dublin office
